A West Seattle property with a very small house, though what the vision was to make a wonderful spacious home flow well. The location of the home in West Seattle made it a prime location for a home. The home is nestled next to a Monkey tree, the walkway brings you up to a a Trex deck and a glass. The entry has a nice two story plus foyer to let the light shine in to the open floor plan on the second floor. The hardwoods are a Jattoba cheery floor. The large kitchen and living room make this area a special area to entertain, the tall ceiling, the idea for box beams was a natural fit. My passion for the selection process can be challenging, the material, the colors and wsome of the materials where selected by Tom Fine. His enjoyment with material selection and functionality is the key element. The box beams in the ceiling are wrapped with crown molding and the speakers and installed to provide a clean lines in the ceiling. the counter tops are made of granite with an under mount sink, The backslash is tile and is a subway tile that is true to the period. The open kitchen is ready for the part's and the people that will be hanging around the island. Don't wait, Call or email today. Fine Construction, 206-938-2300 or www.fineconstruction.com, call today
