This home was originally built in the early 1920's. Sometime around 1990, the home was converted into a daycare facility and fell into significant disrepair until it was purchased by some gentlemen who could see past the fading glory to a remodeled and refurbished home of pure charm and distinction. While the home owners undertook the majority of renovating the interiors, they sought us out to help them with the diminutive spaces on the second floor. We re-structured a portion of the roof and expanded the master bedroom and created a private master deck that takes full advantage of the views from the second story location. We also provided a new covered side entry way and assisted in re-roofing the distinctive 'storybook style' roof.
