Create 850 sq ft daylight basement. Remove many small posts. Replace with large post and support beams to have a open flow space. Add storage, bathroom, kitchen counter, and a 100 sq ft sunroom bump-out. It would be a great home office, in-law unit, guest suite, teenager quarter, or entertainment center. This is going to be a built green level III project.
