This Queennew deck provides a Anne home had an ideal location for a new deck located above a garage, Why, because this a view from the east looking towards the Cascade Mountains, views of Lake Union and looking South towards Mount Rainier and a full view of the Seattle Space Needle. The product that was constructed by Fine Construction, Inc. of Seattle was an expansion of the kitchen including a new wet bar, the tile floor was extended into the new space and the heating cooling unit allows the Nana door to be opena nd providing comfort all year long. The Nan door opens to a 650 square foot fiberglass deck that is lined with a wrought iron railing system. The exterior is a traditional three coat stucco that provides a seamless transition between the existing home and the new addition. The new garage spared no expense, witht he acid etchech concrete stained floor. The walls are lined with a wall system that allows any item to be hung from the wall, including the flat screen TV so the client can wash the car and not miss any Michigan State football game.
