I'm referring to projects like painting, roofing and basic plumbing and electrical work. But I know my limitations and I'm hiring a contractor to handle our home remodel/addition. At least for the larger parts of the project. Good luck trying to stop me from removing interior walls, installing wood flooring, replacing kitchen cabinets, and some of the drywall work.
