Management Team
Villette Nolon, President & CEO

Villette has experienced one EXTENSIVE house remodeling project, which is how she got the idea for HomeSavvi. She can tell you lots of stories of her mistakes, trials and tribulations, and hopes that she can help you avoid those problems, too.
Villette has worked in high tech for most of her career and loves introducing new products and services to the market. Her prior roles include CEO of international enterprise feedback solutions provider NetReflector, VP Sales for venture backed SafeHarbor Technology, and VP Sales, Marketing and Operations for Boston based ADR.
Villette received her Bachelor of Science in Economics cum laude from a joint program between Renssalaer Polytechnic Institute and Russell Sage College in Troy, NY.
When she is not working, Villette loves to travel, spend time outdoors and with her family.
Will Hartmann, COO

Will is pretty handy around the house-his father started using him as free labor for household projects at a young age-and is comfortable with some plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
Will is an experienced entrepreneur who has worked at some big companies, but really prefers the fun of growing a new company. Prior to HomeSavvi, Will was COO of HyBlue, Inc., and was also a co-founder of Boston-based Breakaway Solutions, an information technology consulting firm that had its IPO on NASDAQ in 1999.
Will received a BA cum laude from Harvard University and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
When he's not working, Will loves to get out to the mountains around Seattle for hiking and skiing as well as traveling to far off parts of the world.
