Here's a photo of our new house and our old house. A little bit of an improvement, I'd say.
The old house was an old manufactured home, so we separated it from the property and sold it. Since our new house has the same number of bathrooms, we were able to use our existing septic and well with no problem. We just built our new house in the exact same spot as the old one.
